In recent years the sports agent followed several negotiations for the purchase of many football clubs, above all ACF Fiorentina, Pisa Calcio, AS Livorno Calcio, SS Calcio Bari, AC Milan (football school), Como 1907, Genoa CFC, Benevento Calcio, Palermo SSD, Hellas Verona FC, Inter FC, Parma Calcio, Venezia FC, AC Chievo Verona, Pro Piacenza, Udinese Calcio, Frosinone Calcio and also abroad, especially in Cordoba FC in Portugal. The last foreign clubs contacted were FC Chiasso (Switzerland), Lincoln Red (Switzerland), Istria (in Croatia), Lugano (in Switzerland) and Leo FC (in Gibraltar). All as an intermediary in the negotiations between the management and the interested businessmen. The Florentine manager collaborated with several clubs searching for sponsors, including successful clubs such as Real Madrid, where he began some negotiations for the restructuring of the new Bernabeu. Another important result is the owned stadiums matter: Sundas was the first to contact the mayors of Bologna, Cagliari, Verona (Chievo and Hellas clubs), Genoa (Genoa and Sampdoria clubs), Florence, Milan (Milan and Inter clubs), Napoli, Parma and Torino in order to give them the possibility of obtaining greater revenues from the use of their own stadium, also adapting to the European standards. The operations of the sports manager Alessio Sundas are not limited to the players’ enhancement, but also to the search for an improvement of the Italian football movement. It is not a coincidence that the reform’s proposals of some parts of the regulation are well known. Last among these is the Rule of One.

Promoter of the “Ownership Stadiums” and “Save the football clubs” projects, Sundas tries to support the needs of Italian managers regarding the use and concession of sports facilities, but also regarding the protection of the clubs that are more often involved in economic crises and in bankruptcies. After the Italian defeat during the qualifiers for the World Cup in Russia, the Tuscan agent proposed to the top managers of the FIGC the names of the probable next technical commissioner: Conte, Allegri, Mancini or Ancelotti and Mancini was chosen to take this role.

In the summer of 2017/2018 Alessio Sundas asked for collaborations with the following players and their agents (2017/2018 season): Sà, Trebel, Saief, Markovic from Anderlecht; De Jong, Dolberg, De Ligt from Ajax; Arias from PSV; Raggi, Fabinho from Monaco; Hazard, Pedro, Zappacosta, Kante from Chelsea; Brilliante from Sidney; Simone, Zaza from Valencia; Berisha from Atalanta; Chiesa from Fiorentina; Letizia from Benevento; Ceccherini from Crotone. Sundas also had the honor of having one of his athletes at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

In the summer transfer session 2018/2019 Alessio Sundas and the Sport Man agency decided to give the A Series championship its original value and they have been called to start a champions’ intermediation of high level with Chiesa and Simeone (Fiorentina), El Shaarawy and Perotti (Roma), Hazard (Chealsea), Isco and Modric (Real Madrid), Rabiot (PSG), Zaza (Valencia), Renato Sanches (Bayern Monaco), Sturaro and Benatia (Juventus), Bacca and Reina (Milan), Milinkovic Savic (Lazio), De Gea (Manchester United), Joao Mario (Inter) and Maradona. Alessio Sundas dreams an A Series full of great champions and he is trying to do his best to bring Lionel Messi in an Italian club. Napoli, Inter, Juventus and Fiorentina have been contacted to start a series of negotiations with Barcelona. Sundas received a mandate from the Ukrainian club FC Chornomorets Odesa as market consultant for the first team and for the junior teams. In the same way, Sundas received a mandate as a consultant from AZ Picerno (a club that plays in the Italian C Series). Always close to women’s football sector, Sport Man agency also works for the affirmation of the women’s football movement, increasingly under mediatic and non-mediatic attacks. He is also starting to develop the women’s sector that is very active and satisfying abroad: Sundas received a mandate to search sponsors and market manager with Tavagnacco (a club that plays in the Women’s A Series). A great operation was made with the Brazilian player Andressa, from FC Barcelona to AS Roma. Alessio Sundas opened a company in the United States of America and thus he represents players from around the world. The international players agent Alessio Sundas is also known for having sent to the highest levels of FIGC (Italian Football Federation ), UEFA (Union of European Football Associations) and FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association) several proposals such as: the Rule of One (it regulates the number of passes to the goalkeeper and the passes are limited), the Football Fan Credit (a system that reward the fans with a right behavior and strongly sanction the violent fans), the increasement of the substitutions from three to six (so that more players can play), the reform of the non-EU players’ membership in women’s football from two to six, the return to the prize games as in the past to fight ludopathy, and many other proposals. Sundas is currently involved in enhancing the image and the career of other athletes. In particular, he manages a Brescia water polo player, the runner Tom Perry (he is famous because he runs barefoot), the rower Paolo Razzauti, the weightlifting champion Alessio Calo, the middle-distance runner Pietro Leone, the judoka Giulia Caggiano, Manuel Bocci and many others. In November 2019, Sundas wrote to the president of Inter Miami CF, the famous David Beckham, in order to have a collaboration about the construction of the new stadium of the club. Sundas proposed his intervention to persuade investors and part of his idea is to bring champions from Europe to the USA with the full technical staff. The female American football clubs are undoubtedly the strongest teams ever and if they arrived in Italy and in Europe, it would certainly be an extraordinary event. Regarding the male clubs, we all know that American teams are not at the highest level, but the “American dream” could be realized in Europe and why not in Italy where we can encourage and support these initiatives. Lately Sundas worked a lot against racism: he proposed to install cameras pointed towards the stands of the stadiums to FIGC, UEFA and FIFA and he proposes to involve the police forces to ensure that the violent are immediately recognized and stopped. The FIGC, in collaboration with the Ministry of Sport and the Interior, are studying the way to implement this project. Other initiatives proposed by Sundas to FIFA, UEFA and FIGC were:

• Increase the non-EU players because “passion cannot have geographical boundaries, the show on the field is part of the football’s magic and the non-EU players create fun on the green rectangle”.

Alessio Sundas wants to go all the way officially asking to the football’s institutions to carefully consider the proposal to increase the presence of non-European players to at least 50% of the athletes deployed on the field.

• Prohibition to head for under 14 players: this is a revolutionary proposal that protect the children’s health who may have serious head problems during football matches.

In December 2019 the player’s agent Alessio Sundas contacted Lionel Messi and his club to ask if there was the possibility for the Argentine football star to move in the MLS American championship, but the Catalan club affirmed Barcelona FC didn’t want to lose the best player of the world. Sundas has several champions among his clients such as Tule Lilian Mwuese, a Nigerian player (born in 1998) Loic Feudjou, a very prepared goalkeeper and in orbit of important European clubs(born in 1992); Felipe Gedoz da Conceiçao a strong Brazilian striker and great goal scorer (born in 1992); Maycon Vinícius Ferreira da Cruz a Brazilian midfielder (born in 1992); Victor Gutierrez, a Colombian player (born in 1996); Marcel Román an Uruguayan midfielder (born in 1988), Luca Tranquilli an Italian-Swiss player (born in 1993) and Gakos Gerorgis a goalkeeper (born in 1998). Sundas also manages coaches and among them he manages Sven Goran Eriksson, the myth of the 90s and early 2000s: the Swedish coach who gave, more than any other, great emotions in every team he trains. Eriksson won the A Series’ title coaching SS Lazio, one of the strongest teams ever, he also coached England in 2006 World Championship and he realized that Alessio had the charisma and the competence to continue this work with the strength of a time while he hoped for a return to A Series. Sundas proposed him to several clubs such as A.C. Milan, ACF Fiorentina, Torino FC and Genoa CFC. The player’s agent Alessio Sundas has been appointed by a Moldovan club for the scouting of the coaches, technical staff, young players and first team. An important collaboration that fixed an excellent starting point for the Moldovan club that will thus benefit from the competence of Sundas. Sundas has a revolutionary new proposal that could change the coach’s way of choice: he wants to give voice to the supporters creating a platform where every subscriber and uncensored fan can vote among a shortlist of coaches proposed by the club in order to decide the coach of the team. At the end of January 2020, Alessio Sundas was registered as a FIGC Coni Agent. At the end of February 2020, Sundas has sent a proposal to FIFA in order to allow a new generational change and to protect young athletes: “The last professional contract can be signed up to the player’s twenty-ninth year of age, after which the athlete can become the mental coach of the new players to enhance them”. In this way there will be constantly a renewal and young players will no longer make mistakes as they will be followed by important players. In the meantime, the famous players will have acquired a sporting awareness that will be useful not only to guide through their career. In March 2020 Alessio Sundas sent two petitions to the Senate of the Italian Republic. 
1) Avoid sexual abuse at work or during sports and school activities

Employers and managers of sports activities should be obliged to purchase professional mini-cameras as PPE to be put on by all employees (professors, coaches and collaborators).

This camera should be connected to a PC where everything is recorded and can be checked in the event of misunderstandings or accusations.

2) Enhancing sport and appoint ambassadors

Sundas decided to create a group of people, precisely a group of “ambassadors”, who travel the world in the name of the Republic in accordance with the principles of fraternity, solidarity, healthy fun and entertainment to restore prestige to Italian sport like in the past.

Sundas also proposed himself to the Senate, Chamber of Deputies and President of the Republic as the first Ambassador for the enhancement of Italian Sport in the world.
